Free Roaming Feline Program

The Free Roaming Feline Program is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Manitowoc, WI. We are a no-kill rescue group run 100% by volunteers. We do not have a shelter; our program is foster-based. Our foster families pay for food and litter, while the program covers the cost of medical care for our foster felines. We are a small, but highly dedicated and effective group. Since the inception of our program in 2008 we have sterilized, sometimes relocated, and often rehomed more than 3,000 stray and feral felines in the Manitowoc county area. We do a lot of TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) but also rescue stray and abandoned kittens and cats and find them indoor forever homes, no matter how long it takes. Our group is an official grantee of the Doris Day Animal Foundation. We are a proud member of the Best Friends Animal Society No More Homeless Pets® network. You can view our adoptable felines on PetFinder.com and AdoptaPet.com.
