TiffanyLop
Tiffany is a lop-eared rabbit adopted from the Guilford County Animal Shelter on November 5, 2009. After a seven hour drive to adopt her, it was well worth it. She is a wonderful bunny to have around.
Her "real" name is Nugget, as she was called at the shelter. Her previous owners did not want her anymore and turned her into animal control, who then gave her to GCAS.
Tiffany Q&A!
Q: What breed of rabbit is she?
A: Tiffany is just a lop-mix, most likely a French lop because of her huge size.
Q: Is Tiffany spayed?
A: Yes, she had been spayed at the shelter. Being spayed will prevent her from developing several cancers, stop unwanted litters, and make litter training much easier. Plus, it also will keep any bad behaviors under control.
Q: What type of food does she eat?
A: Tiffany is on the "hay-and-veggie diet." This means she gets very small amounts of Oxbow pellets, and a main food source of grass/timothy hays and about five different vegetables every day.
Q: Is Tiffany litter box trained?
A: She's excellent with her litter box and has taken to it naturally.
Q: What type of toys/treats does she have?
A: Tiffany is spoiled with toys from the Busy Bunny. You can go to http://busybunny.com
They offer the best toys and healthiest treats available. Rabbits love the untreated wicker baskets and toys you can find there.
Q: How was the name Tiffany inspired?
A: When I first saw her on PetFinder I randomly thought of my favorite jewelry store - Tiffany & Co. I thought that Tiffany would be a great name for a pretty girl like her.
Q: Is Tiffany your only bunny?
A: No, I have two other rabbits. My family's small pet rescue has adopted out very many bunnies to new homes, so plenty of experience with rabbits!
Of course, Tiffany and I encourage you to adopt your rabbit. Tens of thousands of rabbits need homes and are at risk of euthanasia. By adopting, you truly are saving the life of two rabbits - the one you adopt and the one whom will take its place for adoption.

Spaying or neutering your rabbit - one of the most important things you can do for her. Over 85% of unspayed female rabbits will develop deathly uterine cancer. Altered rabbits will live MUCH healthi
