Washington County IL Partners for Pets

*Our Mission* Washington County Partners for Pets is a group that advocates for the Animals at the Washington County Animal Control (pound) in Nashville,IL., which is a kill facility. We volunteers work diligently to be advocates for the safety & well-being of companion animals by helping them find quality forever homes. We believe it is important to educate the general public of the proper care & treatment of companion animals. One of the biggest challenges before us is to help people understand the need to spay/neuter their pets. If we can accomplish this, we work toward all pets living in a safe, warm home & no euthanizing because of lack of room at shelters. Favorite sayings: Anyone who says love can't buy happiness has never adopted a shelter pet. :-) Love is Adoptable :-) Please visit us on Facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/#!/nashvilleilpound and also on PetFinder at: http://www.petfinder.com/pet-search?shelterid=IL662
