Hungry For Culture

We meet the people that call the UK & Ireland home from the kaleidoscope of cultures & nationalities. Through a common bond of food, I want to provide a platform to the wonderful people so rich in heritage, history and colour, that are at the heart of communities in the UK & Ireland that are often maligned and misunderstood. Food can teach us about a culture in a deeper way. With the passion for food and the ethnicity that exists with the flavours – I have been a part of Hungry For Culture for over 15 years. Hungry For culture moves quickly, and in a noisy media landscape many important stories are either overlooked or not told at all. The show “Hungry For Culture” will be all about sharing & listening while cooking and eating. These stories will be sharp examinations of there and their ancestral journeys on how they lived and ate.
